This methods does not follow the the traditional method of handling and delivering projects where the design is finished and passed to someone else to finish it. Instead, we involve everyone during the process so as to eliminate pitfalls, time delays and miscommunication from the traditional method..

As part of our services and to bring forth the highest quality control in our project both in design and construction, we use Graphisoft’s Archicad software to utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) in our design approach and construction documents. It is also used to visually present the clients with 3d models so they experience the building before construction documents are finished and construction begins. This way we minimize immensely change orders and misunderstanding between design of spaces and clients needs. Visualization only requires a computer. We also submit rendering images and we can also overlap our design renderings/images to still pictures to help understand and communicate our designs.
